All our rooms are en-suite except for our single sea view room, which has exclusive use of a separate shower and WC.
Please note, our lovely guesthouse is an old Georgian townhouse and this means there are quite a lot of stairs and, except for the First Floor Double Seaview room, all our rooms are on the cosy side.

Double Room (Second Floor) Room 4
A lovely comfortable Double Non-Seaview room on the second floor providing a good base from which to enjoy a stay at the seaside. Small en-suite.
Double Room with Sea View (Second Floor) Room 5
A beautiful room on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the whole of Weymouth bay from its bay window. The room is lovely and cosy with a small en-suite.
Single Room with Sea View (Second Floor) Room 6
This second floor room is excellent value with a large single bed and a great sea view. This room is not en-suite but you will have exclusive use of a separate shower/WC.
Top Floor Room with Sea View – Room 8
This double en-suite room is right at the top of the building and has stunning views over the bay towards the Purbeck Hills, part of the Jurassic Coastline. This is an attic room with low headroom in parts but lots of character. It has a flat screen tv with Freesat channels and tea and coffee making facilities. For bigger groups or families up to 4 people you can book this room in conjunction with the room next door – Small Attic Twin Room (Room 7).
Small Attic Twin Room (Top Floor) Room 7
A lovely room right at the top of the house with views over the town that catches the evening light. It provides a great value base from which to enjoy the beach or explore the exceptional Jurassic Coast. It has two single beds and a small en-suite shower room. This room is perfect for larger families of up to 4 people who wish to book this room together with the room next door, Top Floor Room with Sea View (Room 8).
